About the Role Join the Payroll and Time team within People, Legal and Corporate Services, supporting complex payroll operations across Australia and New Zealand. You will partner with internal teams and an external managed services provider to deliver accurate, timely and compliant payroll services. This permanent role supports payroll governance, operational delivery and continuous improvement.

You will also share technical knowledge, strengthen team capability and contribute to payroll projects, audits and system changes.

What You'll Do

- Manage end-to-end payroll and time operations with the managed services provider, ensuring milestones and deliverables are completed.
- Monitor payroll and time outputs to maintain accuracy, compliance and service quality.
- Provide technical payroll and time expertise for audits, initiatives, complex projects and system changes.
- Interpret legislative, tax, superannuation and employment requirements across Australia and New Zealand.
- Identify process improvements, control risks and compliance issues across payroll and time services.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance and technology teams to maintain payroll data accuracy and system alignment.

What You'll Bring

- Eight or more years of payroll experience, including at least two years in a senior payroll position.
- Strong knowledge of Australian or Current Zealand payroll legislation, taxation, superannuation and industrial relations.
- Experience interpreting enterprise agreements, collectives, modern awards and individual employment contracts.
- Proficiency with enterprise payroll, HR information, and time and attendance systems.




- Advanced Excel, payroll reporting, reconciliation and data analysis skills.
- Experience working with a payroll managed services provider or offshore partner.
