The Role

Maintain the Learning Management System, SuccessFactors Learning and ATLAS, and associated reporting across the APAC region.

You will administer, remediate and continuously improve LMS data, processes and learning records. You will also support training needs analysis and engage with GMs and stakeholders globally, including new start-ups in emerging global regions.

- Coach LMS administrators and users on the business application of the LMS

- Produce cyclical reports and rectify identified areas for improvement

- Facilitate training needs analysis, gap assessments and recommendations

- Gather requirements and ensure the LMS supports learning needs

- Test, load and update learning content and troubleshoot content issues

- Audit learning records and resolve data discrepancies

What you’ll bring

- Strong demonstrated experience using SAP SuccessFactors Learning is essential

- Experience in training needs analysis and mapping system requirements

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

- Ability to partner with and influence stakeholders globally

- Ability to validate information and work confidently with complex data
