Beserk is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team and help bring our campaigns, promotions, product launches, social media and customer communications to life.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves staying organised, keeping things moving, creating and coordinating content, and making sure the details are right.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Coordination

n

n
- Assist with coordinating and executing marketing campaigns according to the marketing calendar.
n
- Assisting with managing campaign checklists, deadlines, assets and requirements.
n
- Coordinate campaign setup across relevant channels.
n
- Ensure promotional details, dates, codes and product information are accurate.
n
- Follow up outstanding tasks to keep campaigns on track.
n
- Assist with coordinating campaign content across email, website and social media.
n

Social Media Management & Scheduling

n

n
- Assist with managing Beserk's social media content calendar and scheduling.
n
- Prepare, schedule and publish content across relevant social media platforms.
n
- Coordinate social media posts around campaigns, promotions, product launches and key dates.
n
- Ensure social media content is accurate, on-brand and aligned with the marketing calendar.
n
- Write and edit social media captions and supporting copy.
n
- Monitor scheduled and published content and identify or resolve errors.
n
- Assist with community engagement, including monitoring comments, messages and customer interactions.
n
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to support the overall social media strategy and content plan.
n
- Stay across social media trends, platform features and opportunities relevant to the Beserk brand.
n

Content Creation & Editing

n

- Create and edit engaging content for social media, email, website and other digital marketing channels.
n
- Assist with creating short-form video, reels, stories, product content and other social media assets.
n




- Edit photos, videos and other marketing content using relevant editing tools.
n
- Repurpose existing content across different marketing channels and formats.
n
- Assist with content planning, brainstorming and campaign concepts.
n
- Coordinate and organise photos, videos, UGC and other content assets.
n
- Ensure all content is consistent with Beserk's brand, tone and visual style.
n
- Work with the Graphic Designer and wider marketing team to coordinate and develop campaign content.
n

Email & CRM

n

n
- Prepare, schedule and send email campaigns.
n
- Upload products, content, links and promotional information.
n
- Assist with customer segmentation and email campaign setup.
n
- Monitor campaigns and identify errors or issues.
n
- Maintain email templates and automated workflows.
n
- Create and edit email copy and content as required.
n

n

Website & E-Commerce

n

n
- Update promotional banners, collections and campaign content.
n
- Assist with promotional and landing page updates.
n
- Ensure website content accurately reflects current campaigns and promotions.
n
- Liaise with the E-commerce team to resolve issues.
n
- Assist with creating and updating website content as required.
n

n

Influencer & Content Support

n

n
- Assist with influencer gifting and creator campaigns.
n
- Coordinate product dispatches and campaign information.
n
- Help collect, organise and repurpose UGC and creator content.
n
- Maintain creator records and campaign information.
n
- Assist with identifying and coordinating content opportunities with creators and influencers.
n

Experience & Skills

n

n
- Previous experience in marketing, e-commerce, social media, content creation, administration or a similar coordination role is desirable.
n
- Experience managing or scheduling social media content is desirable.
n
- Experience creating and editing social media content, particularly short-form video, reels and stories, is desirable.
n
- Experience with email marketing is desirable.
n
- Experience with Shopify or another e-commerce platform is desirable.
n
- Experience with social media scheduling and content management platforms is desirable.
n
- Experience with basic photo and video editing tools is desirable.
n
- Solid computer and organisational skills.
n
- Excellent attention to detail.
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital content.
n
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects at once.
n
- A willingness to learn new systems, platforms and marketing tools.
