About the Role

Mader Group is currently seeking experienced Underground Diesel Fitters to join our growing operations across Central Western NSW. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled underground tradespeople looking for robust hourly rates, ongoing work and the flexibility to choose a roster that suits their lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on underground mining equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and hydraulic faults
- Conduct inspections and reporting
- Support development and production operations
- Maintain high standards of safety and workmanship




- Work effectively within a mobile maintenance team

Skills & Experience

To be successful, you will have:

- Trade qualification in Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years underground hard rock mining experience
- Experience maintaining OEM underground equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capability
- Experience working independently underground
- Current driver's license
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
