About The Role

We are seeking a full-time Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to work across two of our community pharmacies. This is an incredible prospect to experience authentic regional Australia while working within a progressive, high-performing pharmacy group. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily store operations and provide essential support to the pharmacy team.

Your primary responsibilities will encompass dispensing and checking prescriptions accurately and efficiently, delivering high-quality patient counseling to achieve optimal health outcomes, and conducting clinical interventions, MedsChecks, and other 8CPA services. Additionally, you will be responsible for inventory management, including placing and processing daily stock orders.

About Our Ideal Candidate

- Experience: 2–3 years of Australian pharmacy experience with previous PIC or management exposure.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Leadership: Strong team management abilities with a collaborative, team-player attitude.
- Knowledge:



Sound product knowledge and strong clinical competence.
- Vaccination: Immunization accreditation is desirable, but not essential.

About The Offer

Pay Rates

Monday – Friday: $60.00/hr Superannuation; Saturday: $70.00/hrPublic Holidays: $90.00/hr Superannuation

Benefits

Relocation assistance of up to $2,000 available.

Accommodation provided (utilities paid by employee).

Hours: Full-time (38 hours/week) working alternating Saturdays.

Pharmacy Operating Hours

Pharmacy 1: Mon–Fri 8:00 am – 6:00 pm | Sat 8:00 am – 2:00 pm

Pharmacy 2: Mon–Fri 8:30 am – 5:30 pm | Sat 8:30 am – 12:30 pm
