The Guest Services Duty Manager is a guest facing role which ensures all guests entering Adventure Park enter with ease and provided with exceptional guest service through the participation and leadership of our Guest Services Team.

This position assists in the arrival experience of guests and leads the team to deliver accurate information about park attractions and facilities.

The Guest Services Duty Manager takes a holistic approach to overall ticketing and park function, with the expectation that they can identify guest challenges before they arise, put in place measures to prevent them, and oversee the rollout of these controls.

The position is responsible for providing leadership to the team ensuring efficient processing season passes, ticket sales and check in of tickets and Cabanas.

The Guest Services Duty Manager is responsible for coordinating team member movements and facilitate effective human resource management dependent upon Park needs and rostering requirements.

Effective notetaking and adherence to department process and procedure is paramount, to maintain consistency and a high standard of Guest Service.

As a Casual Employee, you will help create unforgettable memories for our visitors while working in a fun and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as an ambassador for Adventure Park, upholding all policies, SOPs, and professional presentation standards.

- Lead and support the Guest Services team (including Supervisors and Team Members) to deliver efficient operations across Box Office, ticket gates, retail, and guest services.

- Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and engaging guests, resolving concerns, and ensuring smooth entry and exit experiences.

- Manage staffing, training, record-keeping,



and operational processes to maintain high service, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Requirements:

- Must be 18 years or older, before December 1, 2026.

- Must hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check*.

- Excellent personal presentation.

- Strong awareness of safety and a commitment to guest service.

- Reliable, with a strong work ethic and team mindset.

- Exceptional availability throughout December and January, including nights in December, with additional weekend availability in February and March.

*If you are over 18, you must have a valid Employee Working with Children Check, to be employed by Adventure Park.
