Who is Develop?

Develop (ASX: DVP) has a twin-pronged strategy to drive long term growth and value creation across both mine ownership and mining services.

The first of these centres on the development and production of future facing metals. As part of this, Develop has successfully declared commercial production at it'sits Woodlawn Copper-Zinc Project in NSW, achieving and exceeding steady state throughput rates, while rapidly advancing the Sulphur Springs Zinc-Copper Project in WA. In parallel, the company is exploring it's Pioneer Dome Lithium Project in WA.

The second plank of Develop's strategy centres on the provision of underground mining services. As part of this, Develop has agreements to provide underground mining services to:

- Oceana Gold's (TSX: OGC), Waihi North Gold Project; and
- Core Lithium's (ASX: CXO), Finniss Lithium Operation.

Applications are now open for our 2027 Apprenticeship Program at Woodlawn. Woodlawn is an underground high-grade zinc-copper-lead-gold-silver project located in the world-class Lachlan Fold belt in NSW, 250km south-west of Sydney and 40km south of Goulburn.

This is a fantastic chance to solidify a career in the mining industry and be close to home. Supported by experienced tradespeople and mentors, you?ll gain practical, hands-on experience, gain a nationally recognised trade qualification and build the skills and knowledge required to establish a rewarding career in the mining industry.

We are seeking applications for the following trades:

- Fixed Plant Fitters
- Electricians (Electrotechnology)
- Auto Electricians

About You
- Technically minded, motivated and passionate about your trade of choice
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age, have completed Year 10 and hold a valid Drivers Licence at the time of commencement




- Show a high level of initiative, clear communication and problem-solving skills
- Follow safe work practices and contribute to a positive safety culture
- Work collaboratively within a high-performing maintenance team
- Complete all apprenticeship training and study requirements
- Willingness to complete pre employment checks such as medical, drug and alcohol screening and police clearance.
- Reside in the local surrounding area or be willing to relocate.
