Working closely with the Executive Assistant to a high-performing Sales Agent, you'll provide day-to-day administrative and sales support to ensure the team operates efficiently and delivers an exceptional level of service to its clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Executive Assistant and sales team
n
- Assist with preparing sales documentation, proposals, appraisals and listing presentations
n
- Coordinate and update property files, databases and CRM records
n
- Assist with property marketing campaigns and ensure campaign deadlines are met
n
- Prepare brochures, signboards, online listings and other marketing collateral
n
- Manage buyer enquiries and assist with buyer follow-up
n
- Coordinate photography, floorplans, styling and other external suppliers
n
- Assist with open home preparation and administration
n
- Prepare vendor reports and campaign updates
n
- Manage data entry and maintain accurate client and property information
n
- Assist with contracts, compliance documentation and sales administration
n
- Support diary management,
appointments and team meetings
n
- Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, conveyancers and suppliers
n
- Provide general office and administrative support as required
n
n
About You
n
You'll be someone who is highly organised, switched on and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You don't need to know everything from day one, but you'll need to be proactive, willing to learn and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.

Ideally, you will have:
n

- Previous administration, reception or real estate experience
n
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
n
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
n
- A professional and polished approach
n
- Solid computer and Microsoft Office skills
n
- The ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
n
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
n
- An interest in building a long-term career within real estate
n
- A current Certificate of Registration, or willingness to obtain one
n
