Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Bathhouse Supervisor to support the daily operations of Navia. Reporting to the Bathhouse Manager, the Supervisor will ensure exceptional guest experiences while taking on additional responsibilities, such as opening and closing the space and supporting staff on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service: Ensure the highest level of customer service is consistently delivered, addressing guest needs and resolving issues efficiently.
- Guest Communications: Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails, phone calls, and enquiries, providing accurate information and assisting with bookings, memberships, and general questions.
- Staff Support: Assist in overseeing front-of-house staff, providing guidance to maintain a seamless workflow.
- Operational Duties:



Open and close the bathhouse, ensuring all protocols and procedures are followed for security and readiness.
- Service Standards: Uphold and monitor Navia’s service quality, ensuring all guest experiences align with our values.
- Maintenance Checks: Perform routine inspections of the facility and equipment, reporting issues to the manager for prompt resolution.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Bathhouse Manager to implement operational improvements and support team goals.

Qualifications and Skills

- Previous experience in a hospitality or wellness space, in a supervisory role.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Confidence in leading a team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
