PART-TIME EVENT SALES & EXECUTION COORDINATOR

Contract Role | 2-4 Days a Week | Now until December 2025

Queensland's premier catering company, D A L T O N Catering, is looking for an experienced and hands-on event specialist to join our team in a part-time capacity (3 days per week) from now until the end of 2025. This contract role is ideal for someone passionate about event sales and delivery, with a robust background in managing event logistics and client relationships.

About the Role:

n

You'll work closely with our operations and sales teams both on- and off-site, playing a key role in event planning, coordination, and execution. We operate in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where attention to detail and clear communication are everything.

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Managing event sales and enquiries
n
- Booking, planning and overseeing event logistics and set-up
n
- Supporting daily operations and assisting with event delivery
n
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
n




- Leading Front of House teams during events
n
- Leading as the on-site event manager and problem-solving expert
n

n

What we're looking for:

- Proven experience in event coordination or event sales
n
- Strong communication, presentation and organisational skills
n
- Ability to work autonomously, multitask and solve problems on the go
n
- Confidence in working directly with clients and event teams
n
- A good understanding of the Brisbane's QLD event scene is a plus
n
