We are currently seeking passionate hospitality professionals to join our award-winning Wickens at the Royal Mail restaurant – a two-hatted fine dining venue celebrated for its innovative cuisine, exceptional wine cellar, and connection to the land.

About the Role

As a Fine Dining Waiter, you will play a key role in delivering personalised, high-end service to our guests.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Mastering the menu and daily specials, including ingredients and preparation techniques.
- Offering expert wine pairings and recommendations.
- Managing food and beverage orders with precision and professionalism.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction by responding to requests and resolving issues promptly.
- Upholding safety and service standards in line with restaurant procedures.

About You

We’re looking for individuals who are:

- Passionate about food, wine, and local produce.
- Committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Detail-oriented and skilled in presentation and communication.
- Available to work evenings, Wednesday to Saturday.
- Hold a current RSA or are willing to obtain one.
