Job Description

Mater Central Queensland - Rockhampton is seeking an experienced CSSD Manager to lead our Central Sterile Services Department at Townsville hospital. This permanent, full-time leadership role oversees reprocessing, sterilisation and distribution of instruments, driving protected patient care and high-quality service.

Lead a team of technicians, ensure equipment performance, and drive continuous improvement while adhering to AS/NZS 4187:2014 and NSQHS standards.
