Creative Arts Production & Technical Assistant

CASUAL TECHNICAL ASSISTANT AT WATERLOO STUDIOS

n

Waterloo Studios houses state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, including a sound stage, cinema, movement studio, training rooms, production offices, post-production mastering suite and editing suites.

n

We are home to both COLLARTS, Sydney Actors School and Sydney Film School.

n

The Services that you will deliver are:

n

Technical assistance to staff and students across the facility.

n

Set up and reset rooms and equipment for effective teaching and shooting at the studio.

n





Provide assistance to staff and students in productions and post-production.

n

Secure and engage alarm systems at the facility.

n

Perform duties across the facility and on location as directed by appropriate Waterloo Studios staff.

n

Knowledge and experience in the film or theatre industry are essential.

n

Experience operating live theatre performances and knowledge of technical aspects of theatre, live streaming is highly desired.

n

You will report directly to the Waterloo Studios Equipment Store Manager, and complete training will be provided on the equipment and facilities.

n

This casual position will be engaged for shift work, either from 11 am to 5 pm or 5 pm to 8 pm, Monday to Friday.

n
