We're looking for a Shift Maintenance Fitter to join our high-performing maintenance team on an equal-time 12-hour day/night roster. This is a hands‑on role supporting a fast‑paced, highly automated production setting—perfect for a mechanically‑minded tradesperson who thrives on problem‑solving and plant reliability.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Preventative and breakdown maintenance across bakery machinery, conveyors, ovens, provers and utilities
- Mechanical fault finding, diagnostics and repair of automated plant and equipment (conveyor systems, pneumatics, motor/gearboxes, pumps etc)
- Supporting production teams to maximise uptime, reliability and safety




- Identifying and implementing equipment improvement opportunities
- Contributing to a positive, team-focused maintenance culture on shift

What You Bring

- Mechanical Fitter/Trade Qualification (mandatory)
- Industrial, FMCG or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Strong fault-finding and mechanical diagnostics capability
- Experience with conveyors, bearings, pneumatics, hydraulics, gearboxes, motors
- A proactive, safety-first mindset with strong communication skills
