The Role

n

With the continued growth of our operations, Spectra is seeking an experienced WellClear Operations Coordinator to join our team based in Toowoomba.

n

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day delivery of Spectra WellClear operations, ensuring our people, equipment and resources are effectively planned and deployed to deliver safe, reliable and efficient outcomes for our clients.

n

This is a hands-on operational leadership role requiring someone who can manage competing priorities, communicate effectively with field personnel and clients, and maintain a clear understanding of daily and upcoming operational requirements.

n

The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining a high-performing and supportive team environment while promoting accountability, continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

n

You will be responsible for:

n

n
- Coordinating the daily delivery of WellClear operations and ensuring work is completed safely and in accordance with client requirements and Spectra procedures.
n
- Planning and communicating work forecasts,



personnel rosters and operational schedules to ensure appropriate coverage.
n
- Leading daily operational meetings and ensuring relevant information is effectively communicated across the business.
n
- Maintaining regular communication with employees regarding job scheduling, work requirements, roster changes and operational priorities.
n
- Leading and supervising operational field personnel to support the safe, reliable and cost-effective delivery of services.
n
- Maintaining appropriate Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes.
n
- Working closely with the Maintenance team to support equipment availability, reliability, preventative maintenance and MEX work-order requirements.
n
- Developing strong working relationships with client representatives and coordinating mobilisation and operational requirements.
n
- Acting as a key operational point of contact between Spectra and our WellClear customers.
n
- Supporting the ongoing development and performance of the WellClear team.
n
- Identifying opportunities to continually improve the safety, effectiveness and efficiency of our operations.

To Be Successful

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

- A minimum of 5 years' experience within the industry or in a similar operational role.
n
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience within the oil & gas industry, also highly regarded.
n
- Strong operational leadership and people-management skills.
n
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple operational requirements.
n
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
n
- A professional approach to dealing with employees, management and clients.
n
- The ability to delegate, solve problems and make sound operational decisions.
n
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
n
- A positive and proactive approach to safety, teamwork and continuous improvement.
n
- Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Licences & Requirements

The following are essential requirements for the position:

- Current C Class driver's licence
n
- Current MR Class driver's licence
