Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a key role supporting the financial integrity and reporting of the Australian business while working closely with regional and global teams. About The Role

Supporting the month-end close, including journals, reconciliations and review of results Preparing monthly management reporting and financial analysis Supporting forecasting and planning activities Maintaining robust balance sheet controls and supporting audit requirements Applying revenue recognition policies in line with Group and US GAAP requirements Working with commercial and operational teams to ensure accurate revenue and margin recognition Monitoring revenue and margin performance and addressing recognition issues Preparing submissions and supporting information for regional and Group finance teams Supporting statutory audit and compliance requirements Partnering with AP, AR, FP&A; and the wider finance team Contributing to ERP implementation and finance transformation projects Identifying opportunities to improve processes, controls, automation and reporting About You

You will ideally be a CA/CPA qualified accountant, or working towards qualification, with experience across financial accounting and reporting. Experience in Big 4 or mid-tier accounting followed by commercial experience Solid month-end, reporting, reconciliation and financial control experience Exposure to revenue recognition within a services, technology or project-based environment Experience working within a complex or fast-growing organisation Exposure to US GAAP, SOX-style controls or multinational group reporting is highly desirable
