In this role, you will: Work collaboratively with nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- As a Direct Care Worker, you’ll provide key support to patients and residents across our acute, aged care and community services, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.
- Provide person-centred care and support to patients and residents.
- Assist with daily activities such as personal care, mobility, hygiene and meals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to care planning.
