The Reflex Group, which is based and operates throughout the UK, USA, and Europe, has been established in the Asia Pacific (APAC) market for over 3 years. Following the successful acquisition of Designed To Stick in Tingalpa, Brisbane, we are looking for an experienced Storeperson / Warehouse Operator to join our expanding team. Key responsibilities

- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
n
- Preparing and dispatching customer shipments
n
- Receiving, unloading, and checking incoming goods
n
- Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift
n
- Maintaining accurate stock control and inventory records
n
- Organising and maintaining warehouse storage locations
n
- Liaising with suppliers, freight companies, and internal departments
n
- Ensuring all warehouse activities are completed safely and in accordance with company procedures
n
- General warehouse and stores duties as required
n

About you

n

n
- A current Forklift Licence (LF)
n




- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a stores or warehouse workplace
n
- Proven experience in picking and packing orders
n
- Proven experience in shipping and dispatching goods
n
- Proven experience in receiving and checking incoming stock
n
- Proven experience working with supplier deliveries and freight carriers
n
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- A proactive, hands-on approach to work
n
- Good organisational and time management skills
n
