Coastal, a leader in the property industry, is currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Property Manager for our highly successful Property Management Division.

As anAssistant Property Manager, you will provide first-class support & assistance to our clients andproperty managers.

n

You will enjoy working in a positive & friendly teamwith ongoing support & guidance from our leadership team and senior property managers who bring a wealth of industry experience. Duties will encompass both in and out-of-office appointments.

What you will need to succeed:

Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role

n

Certificate of Registration and/or Real Estate Licence

n

Valid drivers license and own reliable car

n

Self-starter, self-efficient, and proactive nature

n

Skilled presentation

n

Demonstratedcustomer service and organisationskills

n

Strong attention to detail with a positive 'can-do' attitude!

n

Able to work autonomously, using your initiative and experience
