A leading specialist disputes practice is looking to add an Associate level lawyer to its growing Sydney team. This is an prospect to join a highly regarded firm that consistently acts on complex, high-value commercial litigation, insolvency and restructuring matters. The practice is recognised for delivering top-tier legal work while maintaining a genuinely collaborative and supportive culture. Working closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, you will gain exposure to a broad range of matters, including: Insolvency and restructuring matters; Director and officer-related claims; Corporate and shareholder disputes; Recovery and enforcement proceedings; and Formal and informal insolvency appointments. About You The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial litigation and/or insolvency, although lawyers from a broader disputes background will also be considered. Experience in insurance litigation,
particularly involving D&O; matters, will also be considered. To be successful, you will demonstrate: 3–5 years' post-admission experience; Strong technical and drafting skills, including pleadings, correspondence and advice work; Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities; Sound commercial judgment and attention to detail; and A proactive, positive approach and genuine enthusiasm for litigation.
