Conduct support needs assessments through guided conversations and information gathering. Analyse and synthesise participant information and external evidence to support evidence-based outcomes. Prepare clear, accurate and defensible written assessment reports. Collaborate across teams to support coordinated and inclusive participant outcomes. What you need
You are a compassionate and adaptable qualified with strong assessment, interviewing and stakeholder engagement skills. You can confidently manage complex information, apply sound judgement, and communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Experience conducting support needs assessments or similar person-centred assessments.
