Compensation – $90,000 to $110,000 full time rate annually (subject to experience) About the Role We're seeking an experienced Project Engineer to lead our field team based in Wivenhoe, QLD supporting projects across the Infrastructure Solutions portfolio.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality outcomes safely, on time, and in full compliance with contract and regulatory standards.





Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor and manage a team of field-based painters/blasters

Drive Eptec’s Zero Harm safety culture across all works

Oversee project delivery including task planning, risk assessments, and quality control

Ensure subcontractors and suppliers meet compliance and quality benchmarks

Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports

Champion continuous improvement and professional growth within your team

What You’ll Bring

2–3+ years’ experience supervising blast & paint, remediation, or waterproofing works

Strong leadership and communication skills

Technical expertise in surface prep, coating systems, hazardous substances and QA/QC

NACE Level 2 (preferred but not essential)

Background in defence or infrastructure remediation highly desirable

Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable managing site documentation
