We are looking for an experienced Barista All-Rounder to join our busy Jamaica Blue Café at Northland Shopping Centre.

This is a part-time, long-term position for an experienced, reliable and committed team member who can confidently perform the role with minimal training.

Key responsibilities

- Preparing high-quality coffee and other café beverages
- Producing consistent latte art
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Taking customer orders and operating the POS
- Serving food and drinks
- Assisting with general café duties
- Keeping the front counter and service areas clean and organised
- Supporting the team during busy periods

Essential requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on barista experience
- Strong and confident coffee-making skills
- Ability to produce consistent latte art
- Previous experience working in a busy café environment




- Good customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and responsible
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Genuine interest in a reliable, long-term position

Pay: $27.00 – $39.00 per hour
