As an All Rounder, you'll be the backbone of the store. You'll work the pizza bar alongside our pizza chef, serve customers at the counter and on the phone, and help keep the shop clean and running smoothly. No two shifts are exactly the same, so you'll be trained across the whole store.

What you'll do

1. Make great pizza, on time, every time

- Assist the pizza chef with the daily pizza making.
- Prep and portion dough, sauce, cheese, toppings and other ingredients.
- Stretch dough, sauce and top pizzas to our recipe and portion standards, so every pizza looks and tastes the same.
- Work the oven, cut and box pizzas, and check every order against the ticket before it goes out.
- Keep up with the order queue during rushes and get orders out within our target times.
- Keep waste low by following portion guides and using stock in the right order.

2. Look after our customers

- Greet customers warmly and serve them promptly.
- Answer phone calls in a friendly, welcoming way.
- Take orders accurately in-store and over the phone using our POS system.
- Handle EFTPOS and cash correctly.
- Deal with special requests and order changes accurately.

3. Keep it clean and secure





- Follow safe food handling and personal hygiene practices at all times.
- Use equipment safely and keep it clean.
- Keep workstations, kitchen equipment and front of house tidy throughout your shift.
- Opening and closing cleaning duties, including prep for the next day.

4. Be a team player

- Jump in wherever you're needed, especially during busy periods.
- Communicate clearly and support your teammates.
- Bring good energy to the crew and customers.
- Complete other reasonable tasks as directed by the Team Leader or Store Manager.

5. Deliveries (optional, extra pay)

- Deliveries are only for large catering orders and happen about 1-3 times a week.
- If you're happy to help with these, you'll be paid an extra $5-10 per delivery.
- A current, valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle are needed for this part of the role.
- Not keen on driving? No problem. You can still apply for the role.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 – 25.0 per week
