Competitive salary and benefits:

We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.

Salary range: $2624.50 to $2762.00 p.a. (CA3)

4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading

12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available

About your opportunity:

This role is the perfect opportunity for a motivated person who enjoys working with people to support them in achieving identified goals under the direction of an Allied Health practitioner across various discipline streams.

As an Allied Health Assistant, you will contribute to patient care by providing clinical support tasks delegated under the direct or indirect supervision of an Allied Health Professional.

You will be working in a supportive and friendly unit where innovation is highly valued,



and ongoing learning and professional development opportunities are encouraged and supported. The role is part of multi-disciplinary team providing patient centred care in line with the organisational values and strategic directions.

The Townsville Rehabilitation Unit may provide services across a seven-day period. The successful candidate may be required to participate in a seven-day rostering system.

Requirements:

While not mandatory, a Certificate IV - Allied Health Assistant would be well regarded.

Possession of class C drivers' licence.

This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.

Probation period may apply.
