We're looking for an Analyst to join a small, technical team where the work is genuinely varied. You'll sit across research, trading operations and the business itself, and a core part of the role is helping us bring AI tools into every level of what we do, from data and research workflows through to reporting, execution support and process automation. This is new ground for the industry, so you'll be figuring things out rather than following a playbook.

You don't need trading experience. A degree in mathematics, engineering, data science, computer science or a related field is essential, as is comfort with data and a willingness to write code. What matters most is how you think and how quickly you pick things up. This role will suit someone with the following traits:





- Exceptional analytical thinking: you understand and process complex information with ease.
- Natural numerical agility: complex calculations and data-driven decisions come naturally.
- Genuine curiosity about AI: you already experiment with these tools and have views on where they work and where they don't.
- Bias to build: you'd rather prototype something rough and improve it than wait for the perfect spec.
- Healthy scepticism: you check outputs, question results that look too good, and know the difference between plausible and correct.
- Ownership mindset: you take responsibility for your work and follow through on the detail.
- Transparent communication skills: you get ideas across easily, especially in technical discussions, and write clearly for people who weren't in the room.
