OUR MISSION AND GOALS

Help everyday Australians, tradies, blue-collar workers and everyone in between lose 10kg in 10 weeks and keep it off, on our way to building Prime Train past $400K a month.

POSITION

Appointment Setter: you own speed to lead, dial volume and booked calls for our pipeline.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Appointment Setter at Prime Train you're the first real conversation a lead has with us. You work leads as they come in, qualify them fast, and get them booked onto our closers' calendars. You won't be closing deals yourself, but the calls you book are the business: no bookings, no revenue.

You'll be trained directly by Luke Hart, Prime Train's sales manager, and coached on standards day to day.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Work inbound leads as they land: qualify fast, book onto the closer's calendar.
- Hit 140 dials a day, 6 days a week, inside the 1pm–8pm AEST window.
- Protect speed to lead; leads get called within minutes, not hours.
- Keep talk time and dials-per-hour up; volume and quality both count.
- Maintain clean, accurate records in Close CRM.
- Filling out your EOD report daily without fail
- Show up consistently, collaborative, and accountable to the team every single day.

IN-DEPTH OVERVIEW

Expectations:

- Quantitative: 140 dials/day, 6 days/week (Saturday preferred where possible).
- Qualitative: high output, no slacking, full consistency, genuinely collaborative, no snaky moves, everyone helps everyone.

KPIs we track:

- Speed to lead
- Dials per hour
- Talk time per day
- Schedule to close rate
- Show Rate

Pipeline: Inbound leads from Meta paid ads and Instagram DMs. You work and book these leads yourself.

Tools: Close CRM for dialling, GoHighLevel for calendars, Slack for team comms, daily KPI tracker.

- Fast off the leads, you treat speed to lead as sacred.
- Consistent and high-output; you don't need to be chased to hit your dials.
- Genuinely team-oriented, you help teammates, you don't compete against them in ways that hurt the team.
- You take care of your own health and fitness (non-negotiable, you're selling a transformation, you should live one).
- Not looking to bounce between jobs during the day or half-ass this for quick cash.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Prior setting experience is preferred but not required; we'll train you on the offer and the process from day one.

NICE-TO-HAVE EXTRAS

- Australian, or able to speak with an Australian, down-to-earth tone, our offer and audience are very Australian.
- Experience talking to tradies/blue-collar demographics.
- Experience selling fitness, health or transformation-based offers.

LOCATION & WORK SETUP

Remote, Australia-based,



working 1:00pm–9:00pm AEST (main opt-in window is 5–7pm). 5 days a week minimum. Saturdays 9am-1pm. You'll need your own laptop/desktop, a quiet space, and stable internet.

ON-TARGET EARNINGS

$3,000–$7,000 AUD/month.

- 6% of cash collected on the $4,997 (6-month) offer.
- 5% of cash collected on the $2,997 (3-month) offer and on payment plan sales.
- $50 flat per downsell — your fallback option when a prospect isn't financially qualified for the main offer.
- Paid out monthly.

PROGRESSION

Potential progression into a closing role. Not guaranteed, entirely dependent on performance, attitude and ability.

HIRING PROCESS

- Apply below (2 minutes).
- Screening call (20 minutes or less).
- Interview (30–45 minutes) covering track record and your 90-day plan.
- References as needed, then offer.

Where do the leads come from? Meta paid ads as the primary source, plus Instagram DMs at high intent. You work and book these yourself.

How does the pay actually work? 6% of cash collected on $4,997 (6-month) deals, 5% on $2,997 (3-month) deals and payment plans, and $50 flat per downsell. You are paid on recurring payments, not just up front cash for our high ticket offer. Paid out monthly.

What do the first 30 days look like? Week one, Luke trains you directly on the most important parts of the offer and how to actually find success on it, you won't be left to sink or swim. Week two, you'll start working older leads to build reps. Once you've proven yourself by day 30, you move onto the newer, hotter leads.

Growth path? Closing role is open on evidence, not tenure. This is the fastest route into closing at Prime Train.
