Romik Developments Pty Ltd is a well-established, family-oriented business with over 20 years of experience in the building and maintenance industry. Based in Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs, we specialise in maintenance and upgrade works for government housing.

Our team of 15 long-term staff enjoy a friendly and supportive work culture, with access to a modern fleet of Ford Ranger vehicles. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality results while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a motivated Carpentry Apprentice to join our growing team. This is an excellent chance to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of building services, including:

- Bathroom upgrades and modifications
- Disability access modifications
- Retaining walls, extensions, ramps and pergolas
- Fire, flood, and storm damage repairs
- General renovations and maintenance work

Due to the diverse nature of our projects, you’ll gain valuable experience not only in carpentry, but also in plastering,



tiling, concreting, and minor plumbing – making you a highly versatile tradesperson by the end of your apprenticeship.

About You:

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Reliable and keen to learn
- Hardworking with a positive attitude
- Comfortable communicating with clients, including tenants
- A team player with a good sense of humour

Requirements:

- White Card (mandatory)
- Current driver's licence (preferred, but not essential)
- Based in Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs – anywhere from Doncaster to Dandenong, including Blackburn, Ringwood, Croydon, Yarra Glen, Glen Waverley, Narre Warren, Dandenong, and surrounding areas
