Strath Hill Butcher is looking for an Apprentice Butcher to join our team.

We’re a family owned, award winning butcher shop where quality, craftsmanship and community are at the heart of what we do.

About the role

You’ll learn the trade from experienced butchers in a hands on environment, working with traditional butchering methods and learning how to break down beef, lamb and pork from carcass.

You’ll be part of a team that takes pride in producing quality products and providing great service to our customers.

What we’re looking for

- Someone who is keen to learn and build a career in the butchering industry
- A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team

- Someone who takes pride in their work

- Good customer service skills

- Must be available to work Saturdays until 12:30pm
