About the role

We are recruiting an Apprentice Electrician to commence in January 2027. This job offers a 4-year competency-based training program with paid TAFE attendance during work hours, combined with structured on-the-job training. You will be supported by ongoing mentoring and coaching from specialist tradespersons.

Key responsibilities

- Complete a 4-year competency-based training program

- Attend paid TAFE during work hours

- Undertake structured on-the-job training

- Work in a safe and productive manner

About you

- Genuine interest in pursuing a career as an electrician

- Motivation to succeed and a willingness to learn

- Values teamwork and has a positive attitude to working in a secure and productive manner

- Ability to follow directions with excellent attention to detail

- Ability to listen and understand customer and company requirements

- Completion of year 12 or equivalent





- Take pride in your work

- Current driver's license is preferred

- Committed to a four year apprenticeship

- Reliable, punctual and enthusiastic

- Have a passion for the trade

- Have an awareness of Work Health & Safety (WHS) requirements
