We're looking for an experienced Architectural Draftsperson to join our team based in Sydney (Leppington).

About the Role
Working alongside an experienced and collaborative engineer, you will help deliver projects from concept through to construction documentation. This role offers the prospect to work across a diverse portfolio of projects, contribute to designs, and play a key role in delivering quality outcomes for our clients.
Key responsibilities
· Produce high-quality architectural documentation using AutoCAD and Solidworks
· Prepare construction documentation for residential and commercial projects
· Assist with design development from concept through to final documentation
· Coordinate documentation with internal operations, engineer and sales teams
· Review drawings for accuracy and minimise rework
· Manage project documentation and revisions throughout the design process
· Contribute to the continuous improvement of design standards and processes
About you
· Degree qualification in Architecture, Building Design, or a related discipline
· Minimum 5 years' experience in drafting or building design
· AutoCAD and Solidworks experience or equivalent
· Excellent documentation and detailing skills
· Strong organisational and time management abilities
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
· A proactive approach and passion for practical, innovative solutions
· The willingness to connect with customers to guide and educate them during the design process
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
