We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Project or Construction Manager with a trades background open to taking an Area Manager position leading all Mechanical BoP in Regional NSW

This is a senior site-based leadership role, responsible for the safe, productive and high-quality delivery of major mechanical construction packages across the Balance of Plant scope.

The opportunity:

- Lead mechanical construction across piping, cooling water, drainage, dewatering, fire protection, HVAC and mechanical BOP systems
- Manage Superintendents, Supervisors, Engineers and subcontractors
- Drive construction planning, work-pack readiness, productivity and schedule performance
- Work closely with Engineering, Project Controls, Quality, HSE, Commissioning, FGJV and Snowy Hydro
- Support mechanical completion, commissioning and progressive handover

We’re looking for:





- 10–15+ years’ mechanical construction experience
- 5+ years in a senior construction leadership position
- Strong experience managing complex mechanical packages and subcontractors
- Background across major infrastructure, mining, power generation or hydro projects
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, piping installation and commissioning
- Trade qualification and/or Mechanical Engineering / Construction Management qualification

Major hydro or underground construction experience will be highly regarded. FIFO 2:1 Roster. Camp based accommodation with attractive Site uplift.
