Anytime Fitness Byford is looking for a full-time Assistant Club Manager to work alongside our Club Manager across all areas of the business.
You’ll support the day-to-day operation of the club while taking ownership of key areas, including social media, community engagement, membership sales and the overall club environment.
This role suits someone ready to learn, take on responsibility and progress into a Club Manager position.

- An outgoing and confident personality who enjoys meeting new people.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- An interest in social media, content creation and local marketing.
- Someone who enjoys building relationships within the local community.
- High standards around cleanliness, presentation and member experience.
- A reliable and organised person who takes ownership of their work.
- Experience in fitness, retail,
hospitality or another customer-focused role.
- A genuine interest in progressing into club management.

- Support the Club Manager across all areas of club operations.
- Follow up enquiries, conduct club tours and convert enquiries into memberships.
- Create social media content and help manage the club’s online presence.
- Assist with member events, promotions and community activations.
- Help maintain a clean, welcoming and well-presented club.
- Support member engagement, retention and customer service.
- Take greater responsibility when the Club Manager is away.
