Details: An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and motivated qualified to join our Industrial Relations team as Assistant Director, Legal Coordination. Working in a dynamic and fast-paced workplace, you will provide strategic legal coordination and high-quality advice on complex employment, industrial relations and workplace matters across the ACT Public Service. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across government, contribute to employment policy and legislative initiatives, and support informed decision-making on significant workforce issues.

We are seeking a highly organised and analytical professional with strong legal or industrial relations expertise, excellent communication skills, and sound judgement. Further information about the role and the capabilities we are seeking is available in the Position Description.

Eligibility/Other requirements: Legal qualification or extensive experience in a legal discipline are highly desirable. Qualification/s or extensive experience in an IR or HR related discipline are highly desirable.
