- Previous Paralegal/ Legal Support experience, essentially within Common Law or Workers Compensation

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

- The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- A proactive, team-oriented approach
n
- A genuine desire to progress their legal career
