In 2019 we established our Australian Head Office in Epping Victoria for Vandapac Australia & MaxlinerAustralia, and we now need to commence recruiting additional team member for our established Brisbane operations located in Brendale, QLD.

About the role

n

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales & Administration Officer to join our team on a fixed-term basis, providing parental leave cover for approximately 12 months.

n

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a quick-paced environment and can confidently manage a combination of customer service, sales administration and general office responsibilities.

n

The role offered will be from Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm and 8.30am to 4pm on Friday.

n

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

n

n




- Administration and Sales duties.
n
- Warehouse and Logistics clerical support.
n
- General office duties and banking.
n
- Managing telephone calls and emails.
n
- General filing and management support.
n
- Managing the showroom and discussing with customers their accessory requirements.
n
- Booking Customers in for accessory fitment.
n

We are looking for the following qualities:

n

n
- Honest, punctual and reliable person.
n
- Knowledge of the 4x4 aftermarket industry, automotive industry or caravan industry.
n
- Excellent phone, email and written communicationskills.
n
- Previous administration and sales experience preferred.
n
- Knowlege of Xero and Unleashed viewed as an advantage.
n
- Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel.
n
