Levande currently seeks a practical Maintenance Officer for Salford Waters at Victoria Point. You will manage day-to-day and preventative maintenance to keep the village secure, functional and welcoming for residents, with scope across buildings, facilities and common areas.
The role offers permanent full-time hours, Monday to Friday, and requires a current MR licence. You’ll work independently within a close-knit team, driving repairs, coordinating contractors, and recording maintenance
