Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive client reviews and develop personalised advice aligned with client goals

Manage and grow a pipeline by nurturing existing relationships and prospecting new clients





Drive conversion of prospects into long‑term, fee‑paying clients through strategic engagement

Support and mentor Financial Planning Assistants and/or associates to uphold quality standards

Ensure all client documentation and compliance requirements are met precisely and promptly

Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in advice quality and client service delivery

What we need from you

Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Financial Adviser with a strong track record

Proven ability to develop tailored financial strategies and build trust with clients

Qualified adviser, listed on ASIC Financial Advisers Register, with relevant tertiary qualifications

Well‑versed in regulatory environments, compliance, and industry best practices

Experience with financial planning software (preferred but not mandatory)

Ability to mentor junior team members and support their development
