What does a typical 2XM day look like?

Set team up for success across 3 core markets within Mining - Civil, Electrical and Mechanical (look to add to this with your expertise in Mining recruitment)

Drive market intel and identify labour requirements, projects, and emerging opportunities

Maintain commercial discipline around pricing, margins, candidate quality, and client performance

Work within the leadership team, adding value and strategic initiativesto continue to improve our business

Deliver and grow an existing 360 deskBuild and action a sales plan / strategy and, developvalue-based relationships with both new and known clients & prospects





Recruitment Specialist - develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for specific roles you recruit

Screen & interview candidates - Conduct thorough phone / face to face interviews to ensure you're only sending the very best candidates forward to your clients!

Having operated in the WA market for over 15 years, we have a recognised brand and, a great story to tell. The role will form part of a 5 person leadership team in Perth and involve collaboration with other state leaders. You will spend time with the current Manager for a very thorough handover (efore they depart on their travel journey in October).The role will ultimately suit someone that enjoys the chance to develop team members, set high standards and lead from the front across recruitment and client growth.

Requirements

Recruitment leadership at some level with ambition anddesire to succeed - Essential

Mining networks and experinece recruiting within the sector - Essential

Confident- able to build rapport with people either over the phone or in person

Keen to commit to a vertical deskand become the very best

Articulate communicator with a strong attention to detail

Proficientwith Office 365 - Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel and previous recruitment CRM experience
