We are now looking for a high-performing Spare Parts Interpreter to join our busy Rocklea operation.

n

This is more than a parts counter role. You'll be a key link between production, workshop, suppliers, and our wider business, ensuring the right parts are identified, sourced, and available when needed.

n

In a fast-paced manufacturing environment, accuracy, urgency, and technical knowledge matter — and your contribution will directly impact keeping our trailers moving through production.

The Opportunity

n

You'll be responsible for interpreting, sourcing and supplying parts across our production and workshop operations while building strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.

n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

n

- Interpreting and supplying parts for trailer builds and production requirements
n
- Supporting workshop and production teams with fast, accurate parts solutions
n
- Managing internal and external enquiries by phone, email and face-to-face
n
- Identifying the correct parts for repairs, builds and maintenance requirements
n
- Preparing accurate quotations and ensuring correct parts selection
n
- Raising purchase orders and coordinating supplier requirements
n
- Managing inventory, stock levels and stocktakes
n
- Maintaining strong supplier relationships and following up orders to ensure reliable supply
n




- Supporting stock accuracy and ensuring critical parts are available when production needs them
n
- Proactively identifying and resolving parts-related issues before they impact production
n

What You'll Bring

We're looking for an experienced parts professional who knows that getting the right part, at the right time, can make all the difference.

To be successful, you'll have:

n

n
- Proven experience as a Spare Parts Interpreter — essential
n
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of heavy vehicles, trailers or transport equipment
n
- Experience working in a rapid-paced, production-driven environment
n
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
n
- Strong communication, customer service and relationship-building skills
n
- Excellent problem-solving ability and sound commercial judgement
n
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
n
- A proactive, accountable and solutions-focused attitude
n
- The ability to prioritise competing demands and respond quickly when production needs support
n
