We're expanding our team and looking for reliable, hands‐on installers who take pride in quality workmanship and have a strong respect for working at heights.

About the Role

n

This is a full‐time position with an immediate start, working in small, skilled teams across Sydney, surrounding regions, and occasionally regional NSW. You'll be responsible for installing a wide range of height‐safety and access systems, including:

- Harness anchor points
n
- Fixed access ladders
n
- External roof and suspended walkways
n
- Guardrails
n
- Static lines
n
- Mechanical platform systems and screens
n




- Roof access hatches
n
- Pull‐down ladder systems
n

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Interpret plans and drawings for accurate set-out and installation
n
- Ensure all work complies with relevant Australian Standards, Codes of Practice, Compliance Codes, and WHS legislation
n
- Maintain a robust safety mindset and respect for working at heights
n
- Deliver high‐quality workmanship with strong attention to detail
n
- Demonstrate a hands‐on approach, strong work ethic, and lead by example
n
- Show reliability, punctuality, and a positive, team‐focused attitude
n
- Work overtime or weekends when required
n
- Travel regionally when needed — all travel expenses covered
n
- Reliable own transport
n
- Construction trade background or qualification (e.g. Carpenter)
n
- Above‐award pay, recognising your skills and contribution
n
- Company uniform provided
n
- Ongoing training and upskilling, with opportunities to develop new skills within the height‐safety industry
