YourCoffee, a high quality contract coffee roasting operation in Brunswick, is seeking a Team Leader to oversee shifts, manage the production schedule, and ensure safety and hygiene to YourCoffee's quality standards. You will work with the Production Supervisor to allocate tasks, maintain SOPs and GMP, and support maintenance.
Prior leadership in manufacturing and ability to troubleshoot on the fly are essential.
