You will play a key role in supporting project delivery teams through effective planning, scheduling, reporting and project controls.

Earned Value Management and Critical Path Analysis* Support Project Managers with program interpretation, performance analysis and corrective action planning* Develop project dashboards and reporting tools to track progress and key deliverables* Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly project progress reports* Compile benchmarking and historical planning data to support future project delivery* Promote and contribute to a strong planning and project controls culture across the business* Champion Fulton Hogan's Living Safely culture in all aspects of project delivery**About You*** Relevant Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management qualification, or equivalent industry experience* Demonstrated experience in a Planning/Scheduling role within civil construction, infrastructure, transport, utilities or renewable energy projects* Solid working knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project* High level understanding of Earned Value Management and Critical Path Analysis* Experience in delay impact analysis and project performance reporting* Ability to develop dashboards and communicate complex project information clearly to stakeholders* Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills* A collaborative team player with a commitment to safety and continuous improvementOur people share the same set of values that keep us REAL.
