The Sporting Globe is looking for a Sous Chef to join the kitchen team in Surfers Paradise.

One of our most exciting venues. Sports bar. Gaming. Huge game days. Big crowds.

We need a strong Sous Chef who can back our Head Chef, lead the crew and keep the kitchen firing when the venue is absolutely pumping.

- Lead from the front across busy, high volume services
n
- Deliver consistent, quality food no matter how many dockets are rolling in
n
- Coach, develop and get the best out of the kitchen crew
n
- Support labour, food costs, stock, ordering and kitchen performance
n
- Work side by side with the Head Chef and venue leadership team
n
- Help build a kitchen culture people actually want to be part of

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

- You're an experienced Sous Chef or a seriously strong Chef de Partie ready to step up.
n
- High volume kitchens are where you do your best work.
n
- You know how to lead a crew, run a excellent service and keep standards high when the pressure hits.
n
- You understand the numbers behind a successful kitchen, not just what happens over the pass.
n
- Most importantly, you're hands on, switched on and lead from the front.
