What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Processing and coding supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner
n
- Verifying invoice details against purchase orders and delivery documentation
n
- Maintaining organised and up-to-date accounts payable records
n
- Reconciling supplier statements and investigating discrepancies
n




- Processing payments in accordance with company policies and payment terms
n
- Managing vendor inquiries and resolving payment-related issues
n

What We're Looking For

n

- Works well within a team environment.
n
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
n
- Motivated and enthusiastic to learn new skills.
n
- An attention to detail & effective time management.
n
- Solid Microsoft office skills
n
- Proven experience working in an accounts payable or similar accounting role for a minimum of two years
