We're looking for a Packing Team Leader to lead our packing team and help keep our daily production running smoothly. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in quality and knows how to keep things moving in a fast-paced production environment.

The Role

n

You'll lead the packing team during your shift, ensuring products are packed accurately, safely and on time while maintaining Sonoma's quality and food safety standards.

- Lead, supervise and support the packing team throughout the shift
n
- Allocate tasks and ensure adequate staffing across packing lines
n
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and support team training
n
- Monitor packing schedules, productivity and line performance
n
- Ensure products are packed and labelled correctly
n
- Monitor stock scanning accuracy and packing materials
n
- Maintain product quality,



temperature and cold chain requirements
n
- Identify and resolve operational issues, downtime and packing errors
n
- Maintain clean and organised packing areas
n
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, food safety and WHS requirements
n
- Complete quality checks, records and end-of-shift reporting
n

What You'll Bring

- Previous experience in a food production, packing or manufacturing environment
n
- Experience leading or supervising a team
n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- A hands-on approach and ability to work in a fast-paced workplace

- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills

- Understanding of food safety, HACCP and WHS requirements
