Totally Game is looking for new casual team members for our flagship location at the brand current Luna Park Melbourne Arcade. Operated by Zax Amusements, Totally Game offers the latest interactive redemption and video games, great prizes, and birthday packages to suit all ages. We are looking for multiple team members for our Luna Park location with opportunities for additional shifts and career growth across the Zax Amusements circuit for the right candidates. Our Customer Service Representatives are the backbone of our business and receive daily support from an experienced team of technicians, managers and industry specialists to ensure all our guests are leaving Totally Game with a smile on their face (as well as a cool bunch of prizes!)

Enthusiastically helping customers of all ages

Serving customers with all manner of requests

Bringing a positive attitude to every shift

Engaging in cleaning, maintenance and upkeep of the store and amusement machines.

n

Testing games daily to ensure they are operating correctly and providing the best possible guest experience.

Requirements:

Fun and positive attitude

n

Technical skills are advantageous

n

Excellent initiative and attention to detail

n

Working outside of normal business hours including nights, weekends, school and public holidays. Weekend availability is required for this role.

The right to work in Australia

n

Willing and able to obtain a National Police Check if required
