Perth CBD | Full-time | 29 September 2026 – 23 July 2027
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistantto join a government agency based in Perth CBD on a temporary full-time basis. There is potential for the role to be extended.
This is a busy and varied position supporting senior staff and the wider division. You will need to be highly organised, proactive and confident managing competing priorities in a quick-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing calendars, meetings, agendas and minute taking
Providing high-level administrative and board support
Coordinating Board, Executive, Ministerial and committee documentation
Arranging travel, accommodation and associated expenses
Preparing correspondence, briefing papers, reports and presentations
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Supporting events, workshops and other divisional activities
Providing general administrative support as required
About you:
Must have
previous experience as an EA or in a similar senior administrative role
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
Previous government or board support experience will be highly regarded
Contract: 29 September 2026 – 23 July 2027, with potential extension. Must have full working rights in WA without a 6-month visa restriction.
