The Job

Supervising civil crews across roadworks and infrastructure.

Managing detailed & bulk earthworks, pavements, watermain, electrical, road furniture, asphalt & more

Driving programme outcomes and keeping works moving

Overseeing QA (ITPs, testing, lot closures, as-builts)

Maintaining strong safety and environmental standards

Working closely with PMs and Engineers to deliver quality outcomes

What we're looking for:

Proven experience supervising

TMR projects across Queensland





Strong understanding of

specifications, QA processes, and site documentation

(including reporting and procurement)

Confident, hands-on leader

capable of driving productivity and delivering results on site

Skilled at

managing relationships

between stakeholders, subcontractors, and site teams

High attention to detail

in all aspects of site management and project delivery
