The Role You’ll be responsible for the service, maintenance, fault-finding and repairs across a dedicated portfolio of commercial high-rise buildings in Melbourne CBD.
Rather than constantly travelling across Melbourne to different jobs, you’ll work across consistent CBD portfolio sites,
getting to know the buildings, equipment and clients you work with.
Day-to-day you'll:
Complete planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdowns
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs across commercial HVAC systems
Work on VRV/VRF systems, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, package units, splits and associated mechanical plant
Complete routine inspections and identify potential faults before failures
Recommend repairs, upgrades and replacement works
Liaise with supervisors, coordinators and building management
Maintain accurate service reports and compliance documentation
Build strong relationships with clients across your portfolio
What We’re Looking For
Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
Current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
Restricted Electrical Licence
Commercial HVAC service & maintenance experience
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Ability to work autonomously
Current driver's licence
Qualified, customer-focused attitude
Ability to complete a Police Check and pre-employment medical if required
